In addition, President Dr. Mwinyi has invited investors to come and cooperate with the Government to restore the status of the Old Town and build it while giving three months to those who were given various Buildings to repair and develop them. If they fail, the Government will take them over. He also explained that the Government has decided to allocate funds to ensure that it brings a better water system. modern electricity system, Internet service, road construction in the Old Town to become an attraction for tourism.

In addition, President Dr. Mwinyi has thanked the King of Oman Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq M Said and his Government for the support of 21 Million US Dollars for the construction of the Beit-al-Ajaib Building and returning it to its status and the contractor has been found and the construction will begin soon.
