The President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi has said that Zanzibar is ready to show the world the opportunities available through seaweed farming and fishing. Union of Tanzania Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan Palace, Dar es Salaam.
Dr. Mwinyi has congratulated the President Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan for the success under his leadership and his efforts have enabled Tanzania to be elected as the Chairman of the Conference for his mission to liberate the citizen by creating employment opportunities among the Youth and Women in the agricultural sector.
In addition, Dr. Mwinyi has said that our country has a great opportunity for investment in the agricultural sector, so through the meeting it will provide an opportunity for detailed explanation and attract investment for the world to understand the opportunities available in Tanzania in agriculture.
In addition, Dr. Mwinyi explained that the meeting will open up many employment opportunities through contract farming, opportunities to market products that will be produced through the announcement of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) that has promised to provide 3 million jobs for Mainland Tanzania and 3 million for Zanzibar.
